Circle Suppers

Thursday, December 15th to Wednesday, February 29th at Neighborhood Homes

Make a New Year's resolution to expand your social circle and meet new neighbors at a Circle Supper in January and February 2012. Circle Suppers are informal pot lucks of small groups of people (6-10) that are held in someone's home. Hosts call their guests early in the month to decide who brings what. The host provides the main dish and guests bring appetizers, bread, side dishes, drinks and dessert. The composition of the group varies each time, and no two dinner parties have the same guest lists. Complete the form and return it to Rebecca DeCabooter at 4208 Rock Crest Rd or rdecabooter@gmail.com by December 15. By the end of December you will be informed of your host’s name or your duty as host. Hosts will then contact their assigned guests and coordinate the date, time and menu.

Neighbors Urged to Lock Garage Doors

We urge you to be diligent, safe and secure. We ask all our neighbors to please be mindful of when you leave your garage doors open. Also, do not forget to lock the back door to your garage when not at home or retiring for the evening. Lastly, do not hesitate to call the Middleton Police if you see suspicious behavior in our neighborhood.

Carbon Monoxide Detectors

Effective February 1, 2011 homes must have carbon monoxide alarms installed in accordance with Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code CH 21 & 28. The law requires every level of the home to have a carbon monoxide detector, including the basement, but not the attic or storage areas.
