Architectural Control Committee (the "ACC")
The ACC is charged with the architectural review of applications for changes, alternations, additions, or improvements to any lot under Article III of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the Declaration). The purpose of architectural review is to keep the neighborhood attractive for the enjoyment of residents and for the protection of property and property values. In general, the ACC seeks to enhance, ensure, and protect the attractiveness, natural beauty and harmoniousness of the neighborhood.
Under Article III, homeowners are required to obtain written approval from the ACC of all plans for buildings, landscaping, fences, walls, or other structures or improvements to be constructed on any Lot, as well as to all proposed alterations to the exterior of any building or structure on any Lot. Therefore, before making any changes to any lot, all homeowners need to seek architectural review from the Northlake Neighborhood ACC , by either method below:
- Fill out the Architectural Review Sheet online. By clicking on "Online Form" below, you will be directed to the online Architectural Review Sheet. Please fill out all spaces and attach all appropriate documents. These documents need to be in a PDF format. If you are unable to attach the documents, please mail or hand deliver the documents to the Northlake Neighborhood ACC, 6907 University Avenue, MB 101, Middleton, WI 53562.
- Download the Architectural Review Sheet from the website by clicking on Architectural Review Sheet below, or request the form from the ACC, complete the form and mail it or hand deliver it, together with the necessary documents required under Article III of the Declaration, to:
