Your attendance helps keep the neighborhood a great place to live.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND the meeting, please email a proxy to us so we can ensure there is a quorum at the meeting. Historically, we often come close to not having a quorum, which precludes us from taking any action. You can appoint any resident you wish who will be in attendance. To make this as easy as possible we ask you simply cut and paste the below and email it to the Board at
I am the owner of _______________________ in the Northlake Neighborhood. I cannot attend the 2018 annual meeting and appoint __________________________ as my proxy to take all action and vote on my behalf as though I were in attendance. If no individual is listed, I appoint the Northlake president as my proxy.

Bicycle / Pedestrian Plan
Posted on Jun 17th, 2014 Comments (0)
We wanted to bring attention to an issue that may effect the neighborhood in the coming years. There are plans by the city of Middleton in progress to build a paved trail connecting the bike paths in Governor Nelson state park with the trails in the Pheasant Branch Conservancy. The plan is to build an overpass/underpass over/under Q and install a bike trail along the lots on the north edge of our neighborhood using the easement attached to those lots. Installation probably won't happen until 2015/16

Any interested teen can post a classified ad for the type of work they are interested in doing.  This may include babysitting, leaf and lawn care, snow removal, dog walking, etc.

To submit an ad, click “Submit a Classified Ad” on the classified page of the website to access the web-form.  Fill out the form to indicate the jobs you are available to perform under “Item” and include a description of the work you can do and your experience under the “Description” heading.  You should also include contact information and a suggested price for your work.
Once the form is submitted it will be approved by the webmaster and grouped into an appropriate category for neighbors to easily find your posting.  The ad is good for 90 days and will need to be resubmitted after that time.
