In an effort to provide and protect each individual Homeowner’s rights and values, it is required that any
homeowner considering improvement (Examples: exterior paint, patios, fences, decks, etc.) on their
deeded property, submit a request for architectural review to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
for approval prior to initiating work on the planned improvement. If any change is made that has not been
approved, the committee has the right to ask the homeowner to remove the improvement from their
property.
I understand that the ACC will provide a decision within 30 days. The ACC will make every effort to return
a decision promptly and contact me in writing regarding their decisions. I agree not to begin property
improvement(s) until the ACC notifies me of their decision. If the ACC fails to meet the timeline, the
request should be considered approved. |
