Please attach a description, plans, plot map and include a materials list for your proposed variance. Please be specific showing the property lot lines, building set back lines, easements, sidewalks and any other points of reference. If you are painting or staining, please include paint/stain samples. Please give particular consideration to the color of the brick when making your paint/stain selection.

In an effort to provide and protect each individual Homeowner’s rights and values, it is required that any homeowner considering improvement (Examples: exterior paint, patios, fences, decks, etc.) on their deeded property, submit a request for architectural review to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for approval prior to initiating work on the planned improvement. If any change is made that has not been approved, the committee has the right to ask the homeowner to remove the improvement from their property. I understand that the ACC will provide a decision within 30 days. The ACC will make every effort to return a decision promptly and contact me in writing regarding their decisions. I agree not to begin property improvement(s) until the ACC notifies me of their decision. If the ACC fails to meet the timeline, the request should be considered approved.
